Yes. The aluminum foil layer applied during hot foil stamping is extremely thin (less than 2 microns). During municipal hydropulping, the foil flakes separate easily from paper fibers without contaminating the pulp stream.

Yes. As an authorized supplier, once your paperboard spec is confirmed under our FSC chain-of-custody standard, we assist in applying for official FSC logo placement approvals for your box graphics.
Q3: Are rigid gift boxes recyclable despite their thick greyboard core?
Standard rigid gift boxes made from greyboard wrapped in paper are recyclable. However, embedded magnet closures or plastic inserts must be removed or replaced with paperboard locks prior to entering paper recycling streams.
Q4: How does using 100% recycled Kraft paper affect box print color brightness?
Unbleached recycled kraft paper features natural brown wood fibers. Printing CMYK graphics directly onto brown kraft results in muted tones. For bright color reproduction, an under-printed white ink base or white kraft board is recommended.
Q5: What is the difference between biodegradable and recyclable packaging?
Recyclable packaging can be processed back into raw pulp to create new paper products. Biodegradable packaging breaks down naturally into organic matter over time without leaving toxic residues in soil or water.
